TC Transcontinental Signs Five-Year Agreement to Print Toronto Star Daily Newspaper
MONTREAL—January 15, 2016—Transcontinental Inc. announced today that it has come to an agreement with the Toronto Star to print their daily newspaper for five years, with the possibility of extension.
The contract is expected to take effect in July 2016. The newspaper will be printed at the Transcontinental Vaughan facility in Ontario. This new business will require only minimal investment given TC Transcontinental Printing's highly efficient and flexible hybrid platform.
