Tec Color Craft has built a solid reputation as a leading Southern California screen and digital printing company. With 12 screen printing presses in operation, the company offers high quality stickers, decals, OEM custom sticker packs and wide format products on material including vinyl, poly, silver and brushed poly and static clings.
After completing a thorough analysis on its options to increase turnaround times, while still maintaining its exacting cutting standards for its high quality decals, Tec Color Craft chose the Insignia Diecutter from Rollem to add to its finishing capabilities.
“We are really pleased with the high tolerances and accuracy of the kiss-cutting on our decal liners. Additionally, the Insignia’s sheet size of 30x24” allows us to maximize our press sheet impositions”, states Blake Frenkiel.
Insignia is offered in two cylinder configurations to best suit each customer’s desired converting needs. Tec Color Craft received a Single Magnetic Insignia consisting of an upper single magnetic cylinder cutting against a solid anvil lower cylinder. A single die is attached to the upper cylinder ensuring fast job changeovers and the ability to make critical depth of cut adjustments. Tec Color Craft has streamlined production as the Insignia "through-cuts" the decal shapes, kiss-cuts the liners, diverts the matrix and delivers the finished products on to a slow moving conveyor ready for packaging. “The speed, accuracy and overall output of the diecutter is a natural fit for Tec Color Craft’s professional quality standards and on-time performance," continues Frenkiel.
Providing its customers with printing capabilities that are job specific Tec Color Craft’s ultimate goal is to make “Raving Fans” out of its customers through a dedication to total customer satisfaction. The Insignia Diecutter from Rollem is its latest addition and a perfect fit for the company’s quality standards.
