Tensor Group Changes Management Structure

WOODRIDGE, IL—02/19/09—Tensor Group, Inc., a premier U.S. manufacturer of single-width web offset printing press equipment, announced today that its Chairman, Martin Hozjan, is assuming the responsibilities of President of Tensor following the departure of Don Gustafson, Tensor's former President. Specific details of Don's departure have not been disclosed; however, Martin stated that both he and Tensor wish Don well in his future endeavors and appreciate Don's service with Tensor. Martin also stated, "I am excited by the new structure which will enable Tensor to continue to grow its worldwide business and provide excellent products and service to its customers."
