Tensor International Purchases Assets, Intellectual Property of Tensor Group
WOODRIDGE, IL—April 16, 2012—Tensor International is pleased to announce its purchase last week of the assets and intellectual property of Tensor Group. The company is a newly formed business entity owned by Automation House AB (owner of DCOS Sweden AB) and three key personnel from the former Tensor Group organization.
Michael Pavone, Christopher Dalu and John Bonk now hold key management roles at the Tensor International, capitalizing on their extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the product lines now under the new company’s control. In addition, Mattias Andersson of DCOS has been named CEO of Tensor International.
