The time-honored tradition of fine Italian craftsmanship is beautifully showcased in this consumer catalog, Casa Florentina (Fall 2012 Special Edition). Submitted into the Consumer Catalogs/Web Gold Ink Awards category by Itasca, IL-based Continental Web Press, the catalog entices and inspires at every turn of the page, and is a piece of artwork in itself. Rustic furniture is placed against the beautiful scenery of Castello di Montegufoni and Villa le Rose in Tuscany, Italy.
Designed specifically for Ballard Designs, the Casa Florentina select line of furniture is meticulously hand finished using age-old techniques by master artisans in finishes inspired by the natural colors and textures of Tuscany. The warm colors in the catalog were rendered beautifully on a Heidelberg web press, and Domtar Paper was the paper of choice for this project.
