The Semper Workforce Solutions quarterly survey of print, graphics and packaging companies has opened. The 2024 second Quarter Staffing and Economic survey has ten short yet relevant questions and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The Semper leadership team analyzes and presents the results from a hiring and retention viewpoint. The goal is to help managers and owners prepare for the short term and forecast into the future.
The survey asks employers to look back at the previous quarter’s recruitment strategies, performance, and pulse on their outlook into the next quarter. All submissions are confidential, and participants will be sent a copy of the results in August.
The deadline to contribute data is Wednesday, July 31, 2024. To get started, enter your data HERE.
“The adjusting market conditions coupled with a “wait and see” approach by customers have contributed to a pause and rightsizing on employment fronts,” shared Dave Regan, President and CEO of The Semper Group. “Staying nimble and flexible with staffing while looking at acquisitions and investments in technology seems to have won the year so far. Our survey will help measure the anticipation around the rest of 2024 alongside the opportunities that creates to retrain existing staff or hire a fresh set of skills. Plan to participate and get the pulse of like- organizations in the industry!”
This Survey invitation is extended to all printing, marketing, graphics, and packaging companies, including commercial printing, brand management, advertising, packaging, display and large format graphics, apparel and decorating, and related organizations.
Semper’s commitment to workforce development is ongoing. Semper continues to donate $5 for every survey completed to support the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF).
