Think Patented Acquires Prime Marketing Cos.
DAYTON, OH—March 1, 2013—Think Patented, one of the region’s largest cross-media companies, has acquired Prime Marketing Cos. of Miamisburg, OH. The acquisition strengthens an already robust portfolio of services.

Offering services to national and international clients with conventional and digital printing, One2One Marketing, pURL's, mobile marketing, Web-to-print solutions, fulfillment services, direct mail and promotional products, all under one roof.

Prime employees will continue to work out of their current location until May. Both groups will move into Think Patented’s new 75,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Miamisburg, OH. The new location will house the 110+ employees; offer expanded capabilities, and process efficiencies and advanced data security in a convenient location for clients.
