Times Printing Celebrates 95th Anniversary
RANDOM LAKE, WI—April 22, 2013—Times Printing excitedly marks its 95th Anniversary on May 1, 2013, as one of the oldest family-owned companies in the state of Wisconsin.
Since its humble beginnings four generations ago in 1918, Times Printing has created an enduring name for itself as an honest, ethical business known for its commitment to innovation for its customers. Beginning with hand-set type and advancing to today’s high-tech web presses, Times has always been on the cutting edge of technology and is recognized as one of the leading top-quality printing companies in North America.
“This anniversary is very special to our family, but especially to my dad, Ray Scholler, who has been here the entire 95 years to see the company grow from a weekly community newspaper to one of the top 100 printers in the country,” said Jack Scholler, president of Times Printing.
Scholler also added that this would not have been possible without the company's dedication to its employees, which has won it two Best of the Best and numerous Best Workplace in the Americas Awards from Printing Industries of America.
“Times continues to keep up with technology and make changes not only to improve their business, but to provide solutions for their customer base,” remarked Joseph Lyman, president of Great Lakes Graphics Association. “We appreciate Times not only for that fact that they are a strong printer, but also because Jack and the Times family have been extremely supportive of the association and print industry.”
Lyman adds, “Hats off to Jack and his family for continuing to grow the business over the course of the past 95 years.”
