Todd Haycock, vice president of mailing services at Broadridge, was recently elected as president of the Major Mailers Association (MMA). MMA’s goal is to provide a forum to represent the common interest of major first-class mailers and to work with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ensure fair postage rates and quality service performance.
As president, Todd will have the ability to partner with the USPS and provide feedback on important issues that impact Broadridge clients and other major mailers, such as postal rate increases and delivery standards – across industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and utilities.
With over 25 years of experience in the mailing industry, Todd is responsible for Broadridge’s postal products and services and relationship with the USPS, serving as an advocate to ensure customers receive the full benefits, discounts, and options available. Broadridge has served as an initial pilot site for many USPS initiatives, such as Manifest Mailing, Transportation Management System (TMS), and Seamless Acceptance.
Todd’s appointment as MMA President demonstrates Broadridge’s leadership in omni-channel communications and its commitment to innovating for its clients and the many industries it serves.
