Toppan America, Peeq Media Unite
NEW YORK—Peeq Media and Toppan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Toppan Printing, have agreed to combine their respective commercial printing businesses serving New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The newly formed company will be called Toppax.
Peeq is a creative production, technology and solutions company that integrates media production, global distribution and logistics. Toppan Printing is one of the world's largest printing and communications companies with more than 48,000 employees in 11 countries, and worldwide sales of $19 billion.
