McKinnon Printing Assets Merged into Printing Concepts, Part of Traxium Family of Cos.
STOW, Ohio — November 4, 2016 — The executive management team of Traxium LLC is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of McKinnon Printing in Akron, Ohio. McKinnon joins Printing Concepts, Newhouse Printing, Marketing Concepts, Fulfillment Concepts, Packaging Concepts, Media Concepts and Serendipity Holdings as part of the Traxium family of companies.
This strategic acquisition is part of Traxium’s long term vision of bringing together industry leading printing and marketing companies to create the premier organization in Northeast Ohio and beyond. This is a merger of two well managed, growth oriented, financially strong and very profitable companies who are coming together to use their combined resources to better serve our rapidly growing client base within the Ohio region and beyond.

Tim McKinnon, former president of McKinnon Printing, has transitioned to the role of Account Executive and will be charged with the successful transition of McKinnon Printing’s clients to the Printing Concepts location in Stow as well as assisting with the sales, marketing and business development efforts for all divisions. In addition, all of the McKinnon Printing associates have accepted positions with Printing Concepts in Stow, Ohio.
