Tukaiz Litho installs Young Shin Diecutter

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI—Oct. 19, 2011—Tukaiz Litho, based in Franklin Park, IL, has purchased and installed a Young Shin model 1040S 40˝ diecutter with stripping through Young Shin USA and Best Graphics Inc.

The Young Shin 1040S is a 40˝ heavy duty die cutter weighing(34,000 lbs)and capable of 330 tons of cutting pressure. The 1040S runs a wide range of stocks from lightweight paper (.004") to very heavy board (.060").

Young Shin (South Korea) is a 30-year-old manufacturer of diecutters and diecutters with blanking capability for the corrugated, commercial packaging and print finishing market. Young Shin features “globally” sourced electronic components such as Omron, Siemens and Mitsubishi.

Young Shin U.S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Young Shin (South Korea) with U.S.-based factory sales and service support out of Schaumburg, IL.

Young Shin manufactures a full range of diecutters and blankers in sizes ranging from 40-98˝. Total worldwide installations exceed 1,500.
