Ultimate Technographics to Debut Its drupa campaign at Duplo USA’s Open House
MONTREAL—April 12th 2012—Ultimate Technographics will be participating in the Open House hosted by Duplo USA at is Santa Ana, CA, showroom from April 17-20, 2012. At this occasion, Ultimate will demonstrate its Impostrip OnDemand portfolio and especially Duplo's OEM version, the Duplo Barcode Generator.
The exclusive dynamic barcode feature offers the ability to generate a barcode dynamically during the imposition process. This barcode is then read by Duplo's OMR camera and used to set-up the machine configuration automatically, thus automating the finishing process. This solution can automate the DC-615 Pro, DC-645 and the new DC-745 slitter-cutter-creaser, as well as other equipment enabled with barcode reader.
“We are looking forward to this event,” said Ray Duval, director of sales at Ultimate Technographics, “and to present our latest capabilities to Duplo’s customers and dealers. More and more of our joint customers are realizing the benefits of using barcoding for jobs in order to leverage the scanning technology integrated with every Duplo slitter-cutter-creaser and booklet making machines to eliminate the configuration steps at finishing.
“This level of automation is simple, accessible and at the same time provides benefits related to job control, finishing automation, job tracking and waste elimination. This is the inspiration of our Drupa Theme: In digital printing, automation drives results, and you will see it live next week during Duplo’s Open House event.”
