United Direct Solutions (UDS), a leader in data-driven direct mail and marketing solutions, announced key leadership transitions as Casey Hendrick has been appointed as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. After 33 years of dedicated service at the company, CEO Tom Clines will be stepping aside at the end of March.
“It has been an honor to serve as CEO of United Direct Solutions, and I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished,” said Clines. “I have full confidence in Casey’s ability to lead UDS into the future. His passion for innovation, deep understanding of the industry, and commitment to both our clients and employees make him the perfect choice for this position.”
“I am both honored and excited to take on this new role,” said Hendrick. “United Direct Solutions has a long history of delivering exceptional service and innovation, and I look forward to building upon that legacy. Our clients and employees remain at the heart of everything we do, and I am committed to driving continued growth, creativity and excellence.”
With nearly 25 years of experience in the printing and mailing industry and 15 years with UDS, Hendrick has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020. As CEO, he will continue to focus on growth through innovation, enhancing data analytics, predictive modeling, and omnichannel communication strategies to serve clients across various industries.
Clines will join UDS Founder Lee Kirkwood and Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board Chase Kirkwood on the company’s Board of Directors, where he will continue to provide strategic insight and guidance.
“We are incredibly grateful for Tom’s guidance and vision over the years,” said Kirkwood. “His leadership has positioned UDS as a recognized industry leader, and we are thrilled that he will remain an integral part of our organization.”
