The Princeton Review (TPR) markets its courses directly to consumers who are able to place orders online, through a call center or through the in-house customer service desk at one of TPR’s 30 retail sales offices around the country. Most orders are for one set of course materials and are shipped directly to the student upon enrollment. However, there are also bulk orders that are distributed to the retail centers to cover immediate in-house course needs or materials to be stored for walk-in students. Universal Wilde will be responsible for ensuring that thousands of students receive the correct combination of course materials in as short a time as possible after ordering.
