Experian Acquired by Group

LINCOLN, NE—MetroGroup Corp., composed of the senior management team of Experian, based here, and Sterling Capital Partners, a private equity firm, have acquired the operating assets of Experian's North American operations. The deal includes all lettershop, printing and packaging services operations in Nebraska, Iowa and Vermont. MetroGroup also receives the assets of Experian's Cole Services division, a cross-reference directory offered in both print and electronic versions.
