Donnelley Receives Award

CHICAGO—R.R. Donnelley has received the 2002 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Bureau's Chicago and Northern Illinois chapter. R.R. Donnelley was recognized for demonstrating ethical practices toward customers, suppliers, co-workers and the community. An independent panel of judges from business and academia selected R.R. Donnelley as one of the winners in the large company (more than 7,500 employees) category. R.R. Donnelley, as well as the other local Better Business Bureau award recipients, will receive a nomination to the international competition for the Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
