Rhodes Printing Is Acquired

NEW YORK—The Windward Group, a private investment firm, has purchased Rhodes Printing Group, of Charlestown, IN. Rhodes prints advertising inserts for newspapers. It will be combined with Houston-based AdPlex, which provides a variety of advertising, planning and marketing services to retailers. Carl Rhodes, former co-owner of Rhodes Printing, will remain with the new company and will be based in Charlestown. He will serve as vice chairman of the new company and will focus on new business development.
