Banta VP, CFO Resigns
MENASHA, WI—Daniel W. Kiener, vice president and CFO, has resigned from the Banta Corp. due to a family medical issue that requires him to return to his home in Pittsburgh, PA. Succeeding Kiener as interim CFO is Gerald A. Henseler, who retired as Banta executive vice president on August 1, 2002, following 36 years with Banta, 17 years as the corporation's CFO. Kiener's resignation becomes effective immediately.
