Donnelley Acquiring OfficeTiger
CHICAGO—RR Donnelley has signed an agreement to acquire business process outsourcing specialist OfficeTiger in an all-cash transaction for $250 million. New York-based OfficeTiger will operate as an independent business unit of Donnelley, maintaining the OfficeTiger brand.
