President Biden has issued two Executive Orders that mandate companies with 100+ employees to verify employee COVID-19 vaccinations and test those who are not fully vaccinated. In addition, federal contractors of any size are required to do the same. OSHA is preparing and Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that will list the requirements for compliance.
