The printer, which opened in 1906, had three divisions: Charles River Publishing (cold web and mailing), Overly (books) and Comp Digital (digital services). Overly is now listed as a division of Jardine Associates, according to its Website.
Saltus Press' property, covering 185,600 square feet, is assessed at $2.2 million and has $20,000 in unpaid taxes, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
