Victor Graphics Announces Organizational Change

BALTIMORE, MD—September 17, 2009—Victor Graphics, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Randy Mitzelfelt to Director of Operations. Mitzelfelt, a 25-year book manufacturing veteran, joined Victor in 2005 as Customer Service and Planning Manager. He began his career with R.R. Donnelley and previously held management positions with Maple-Vail and Von Hoffman. With this promotion Reese Hicks, President of Victor Graphics, will transition away from day-to-day operations and lead the company as a second generation family owner.
