Vision Graphics to Acquire Keyline Graphics in Denver

DENVER, CO—March 3, 2009—Vision Graphics, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Keyline Graphics,Inc. located in Denver, Colorado. The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days and the present management team led by Del Baker will remain with the company following its completion. Other terms were not disclosed.
