VistaPrint Takes Taylor Corp. to Court

VistaPrint is seeking an injunction to stop 123Print and Drawing Board from offering the allegedly infringing services to present and future companies, along with payment for damages.

“We must take action against companies that attempt to profit from our investment in intellectual property, including our 13 issued U.S. patents and the dozens of additional patents pending in the United States and other countries,” VistaPrint President and CEO Robert Keane said in a release. “By filing this suit, we are demonstrating our willingness to take legal action against companies that improperly use our technologies.”
