Wellspring Capital Acquires The Press of Ohio and D.B. Hess Company
NEW YORK CITY—September 21, 2006—Wellspring Capital Management LLC announced today that it has acquired The Press of Ohio and D.B. Hess Company, two leading printing companies that serve the education, catalog and commercial markets. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
With the acquisitions, the management teams of both companies will remain the same.
