PIA Reveals Winners of 2014 InterTech Technology Awards
PITTSBURGH—Printing Industries of America (PIA) has announced the recipients of its 2014 InterTech Technology Awards. The technologies receiving this award have been judged as truly innovative and are expected to advance the performance of the graphic communications industry.
An independent panel of judges deliberated over the selection of technology nominations, which showcased the dynamic nature of the industry. This year many of the awards were technologies supporting the packaging and label markets, providing hardware and software solutions, along with estimating software, digital presses, folding technology, and light measurement for viewing booths.
The following 11 technologies were selected to receive the 2014 InterTech Technology Award:

The InterTech stars will be presented during the 2014 Premier Print Awards Gala on Sept. 28.
