Wise, a leading provider of custom business forms, digital print, and industrial and prime labels to the trade, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Cynthia Turner to the position of General Manager at the Alpharetta, GA plant, effective July 1.
Cynthia's appointment as General Manager follows the retirement of H. T. Smith, who diligently served in this role for many years. Over the past year, Cynthia has progressively assumed the responsibilities of General Manager, ensuring a seamless transition into her new position.
With a deep commitment to upholding the exceptional standards of customer service, productivity, and efficiency for which Wise is known, Cynthia brings a wealth of experience to the Alpharetta plant. This includes her leadership in driving continuous improvement through lean principles, benefitting our valued team members and customers alike. Cynthia began her journey with Wise in 1987 as a Customer Service Representative at the Alpharetta plant, where she consistently showcased her dedication to customer satisfaction and demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities. In recognition of her exceptional abilities, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2011. Thanks to her continued leadership, which has garnered the respect of both her Wise colleagues and customers, Cynthia has now earned this well-deserved promotion.
