Workflow Management Acquiring Relizon

GREENWICH, CT—Workflow Management, parent company of printing and promotional products specialist WorkflowOne, has signed an agreement to acquire The Relizon Co. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The deal was slated to close this month, pending satisfactory closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
