Worth Higgins & Associates Restructures the Company’s Sales Management

A 2002 graduate of East Carolina University, Miller majored in broadcast communications with a minor in business. He regularly works as the color analyst on East Carolina Football broadcasts through the Pirate IMG sports network.

Following a successful career in sales and marketing, Miller launched Executive Strategies in 2009 to provide businesses with the tools to attract and empower talent. He was retained by Worth Higgins & Associates in 2010 to school the sales and management team in his “Recruit, Select, Train, Manage, Motivate” (RSTMM) system.
