Xanté's "customer-first" philosophy
The free availability of iQueue is exemplary of the company's "customer-first" philosophy. The time that Xanté support staff spends on phone calls with customers is wholly dependent on their needs. Staff is known, in fact, to take time to educate customers in technical areas outside of Xanté's area of responsibility, but within the staff's expertise and knowledge set. With this atypical support and products priced very practically, the free availability of iQueue does not surprise.
