Xingraphics Gets Favorable Ruling in Patent Case Brought by Agfa

The DC The Hague on Wednesday 22nd July 2009 handed their judgment in favour of Xingraphics on the following conclusions:

1. MCC patent is valid

2. Agfa’s claim of infringement has been dismissed: NO Infringement of their patent

3. All seizures lifted allowing Xingraphics full access to their inventory
