A Hands-on-Everything Method of Madness

I’ve worked with many small-to-midsize businesses for many years to help them implement lean practices via SOP (standard operating procedures) documentation. However, many more businesses continue to cling to old methods, that have noticeably driven them to frenzied activity. I would call that madness.

Quad/Graphics to Hire Additional Staff at New York Plant

With a workforce expansion of 20% in a little more than two years, Quad/Graphics’ Saratoga Springs, N.Y., plant has announced an additional expansion with plans to hire more employees in May and June of 2017, according to The Daily Gazette. The Saratoga Springs plant prints the popular U.S. magazine titles Time, People and Sports Illustrated.
