Canon Expo 2015 took over the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York for three days this week, showcasing cutting-edge (and futuristic) Canon technology for an expected crowd of more than 10,000 by the time it wraps up today. Held concurrently with the inaugural meeting of Canon Solutions America's thINK 2015 production inkjet users group, Canon Expo marked the first public showing of the long-awaited Océ VarioPrint i300 cutsheet inkjet printer, which drew large crowds.

To date, the machine has successfully been installed in four customer locations, including IWCO Direct, OneTouchPoint (CCI), Merrill Corp. and Progressive Impressions International (pii).

At GRAPH EXPO 15, attendees will learn how to integrate new products and leverage technologies from Konica Minolta.

The first thINK 2015 conference for Canon Solutions America production print customers, will be held on Sept. 8-10 in New York City.

Pii is one of the nation’s first companies to install Canon Solutions America’s Océ VarioPrint i300 sheetfed inkjet press.

Xerox hosted its annual networking and digital press introduction at its 100,000-square-foot Gil Hatch Center for Customer Innovation.

Following a two-day educational and networking event, nearly 100 visitors were introduced to Xerox’s new iGen 5 digital production color press platform. They were treated to a panel discussion, executive presentations and equipment demonstrations.
