The HP PageWide XL 8000 Printer has been honored with the prestigious 2016 iF Gold "Best of Best" Design Award, among just 75 Gold winners out of a record 5,300 submissions. A jury of 58 high-profile international experts evaluated the 2016 entries, with the official jury statement applauding the printer's industrial design, noting that every key element of the printer clearly visualizes its function and thus enables users to maximize efficiency.

Canon Solutions America concluded its third annual Anniversary Event that was held this week in Boca Raton, Fla. NASCAR racing just kicked off for 2016, but the Richard Childress Racing (RCR) graphics crew has been working behind the scenes for seven months. “We start designing the new vehicle wraps for the coming year in mid-summer, and we’re up against the clock from that moment on," noted Graphics Manager Nick Woodward. "With our Roland printers and fast-drying Eco-Sol MAX 2 inks, we’re able to rapidly produce high-quality wraps."
