Premiering at GRAPH EXPO 14 in Chicago, the new Standard Horizon RD-4055 Diecutter has been selected as a 2014 Must See 'Em Award Winner. The RD-4055 creases, perforates, slits, hole punches and round corners various substrates up to 0.019" thickness (diecutting only) for digital and offset printed sheets.
An Eagle Systems Cold Foiler has been installed on an eight-color Komori press at Multi-Packaging Solutions (MPS) in Dallas. "This machine basically operates itself and I was really surprised by how easily the operators were able to adapt to running Cold Foil while printing, said Jeff Leech, pressroom manager.
