Industry phenom commercial printer 4over continued its growth with the acquisition of ASAP printing.

Tray Inc. has acquired JB Creative Services to form one of the largest privately held print distributorships in the U.S.

Traxium LLC is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of R & J Printing Enterprises, dba Newhouse Printing.

4over has acquired ASAP Printing of Salt Lake City as a new subsidiary. This acquisition expands 4over’s network to 16 locations.

Bloomberg is reporting that Xerox Corp. is in the early phase of negotiations to obtain Windy City printing giant RR Donnelley (RRD). According to the news organization’s sources, Xerox would merge some aspects of Donnelley with its copier, printer and related services business, with the balance being folded into Xerox’s business process outsourcing services.

Southwest Precision Printers announced it acquired the assets of Page International.
