ImageMark Business Services of Gastonia, North Carolina, has announced the acquisition of Hickory, North Carolina-based Catawba Direct Marketing Solutions. With this acquisition, ImageMark will add 10 jobs to its existing 62-person staff, effective immediately, and transition all services to its Gastonia location. "The mailing technology and solutions that ImageMark will be gaining from Catawba Direct Marketing Solutions will allow us to expand our offerings to clients and continue to meet and exceed their needs," said ImageMark President Walter Payne.

Blackford Capital has announced its investment in Dickinson Press, a 130-year-old Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company and leading full service book manufacturer and printing services provider. Investment banking firm New Direction Partners represented Dickinson Press in the sale and will be partnering with Blackford and Dickinson Press moving forward as the company aggressively pursues add-on acquisitions.

Independent Printing of De Pere, Wisconsin, has acquired PrimaGraphics Inc. of Green Bay, Wisconsin, reported the Green Bay Press-Gazette. PrimaGraphics, a division of Independent Checks, will operate under the PrimaGraphics name and will remain at its current location at 2461 Larsen Road.
