MORTSEL, BELGIUM—Belgian imaging technology group Agfa-Gevaert plans to reduce its operational costs by 120 million euros ($163.4 million) over the coming two years, in addition to cost cuts already planned for 2008. Agfa said that the savings mainly concerned sales and general administration (SG&A) costs.

The Midwest is now managed by regional director Dan Maffeo, formerly with Fuji. Jack Baraczek continues as regional director for the Eastern Region. Peter Wilkens continues to head the sales and marketing organization for Agfa.
