Cenveo Adds Journal/Book Specialist Glyph

STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc. announced that the company, through its subsidiaries, has entered an agreement to acquire Glyph International from Infomedia 18 Limited. Glyph International is a provider of content solutions to publishers, with operations in Bangalore and New Delhi, India; London and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Its net sales were $456.8 million for the quarter ended January 2, 2010, as compared to $517.2 million, with a net loss of $9.4 million, as compared to a net loss of $309.7 million, for the three months ended January 3, 2009.

Cenveo Obtains Clixx Direct Marketing Services
February 12, 2010

STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc., through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired the assets of Clixx Direct Marketing Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cenveo expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings. Clixx provides a range of direct mail, data management, variable imaging and fulfillment solutions. Cenveo Chairman and CEO Bob Burton says the Clixx product line will create immediate cross-selling opportunities for both companies' customers.

Cenveo Shuts Down Trio of Plants
