Courier Corp. has announced fourth-quarter and full-year results for its fiscal year ended September 28, 2013. Fourth-quarter revenues in fiscal 2013 were $84 million, up 9 percent from $77 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.

NORTH CHELMSFORD, MA—Courier Corp., which specializes in book manufacturing and content management, announced that it has acquired FastPencil Inc., a developer of end-to-end, cloud-based content management technology. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
By acquiring FastPencil, a developer of end-to-end, cloud-based content management technology in Campbell, CA, Courier Corp. will build on its leadership in content management and customization for educational publishers, while bringing a comparable offering to a broader market.
