Ennis Acquires All Royal Stock MIDLOTHIAN, TX—Printed business products specialist Ennis Inc. has acquired all of the stock of Arlington, TX-based Royal Business Forms for $3.7 million in Ennis stock. Royal Business Forms posted sales of $12 million for its fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, 2004. Royal Business Forms opened its doors in 1959. RRD to Sell Package Logistics CHICAGO—RR Donnelley has reached an agreement to sell its package logistics business to Heritage Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm that is the principal owner of American Package Express. Under terms of the agreement, Donnelley will receive cash in exchange for the assets and liabilities of its package logistics business, which includes CTC Direct, a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal, which is expected to close by the end of the third quarter 2004, does not affect Donnelley's print logistics, fulfillment or distribution operations. Printer Wins Baldrige Award FORT WORTH, TX—Branch-Smith Printing has received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in the small business category. It is the nation's premier award for performance excellence and quality achievement. SAN ANTONIO—DeSoto, TX-based Ennis Business Forms, beginning to show the benefits of its recent reorganization, has returned to making acquisitions. Ennis has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets and business of American Forms, a business forms manufacturer that is based here. In its most recent fiscal year, American had sales of approximately $4.5 million. According to Keith S.
