Developed over a four-year period, the new SureColor S-Series has just been unveiled by Epson. Its most advanced to date, the 64-inch production S40600, S60600 and S80600 incorporate the latest imaging technologies. The SureColor S-Series feature Epson UltraChrome GS3 solvent inks an all-new precision media feeding system and a high performance Dual-Array PrecisionCore TFP print head.
Epson’s Workforce Pro WF-R5690 was recently named a 2015 Product of the Year by CRN, the technology review arm of The Channel Co.
The world's first office papermaking system that turns waste paper into new paper has been developed by Epson. Paperlab will be demonstrated at Tokyo Big Sight from Dec. 10-12. With this new product, Epson aims to give new value to paper and stimulate recycling. Epson plans to put the new PaperLab into commercial production in Japan in 2016, with sales in other regions to be decided at a later date.
According to new data from the International Data Corp. (IDC), large-format printer shipments declined -4 percent.
