I was planning to write another highfalutin' column about the Web this month. But then, today, I received the January newsletter from Friesens, a printer in the Canadian Midwest. I was so impressed by it that I decided to write, instead, about a really good printing company and the really good work it's doing. I've known Friesens for 20 years.
