At PRINT 13, Goss will feature some if its leading technology for commercial, packaging and newspaper production, including the Magnum Compact and the Sunday Vpak presses.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has signed an agreement for a new printing press with Goss International Americas. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette announced in March it was buying new printing press equipment and exploring new locations for its production and news-gathering operations.
The company has not yet announced where the new press will be located, or whether it will be housed in the same location as the news operations.

CONCORD, NH—The former bank executive involved in the fraud case that took down an ex-international trade finance manager for Goss International has been found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, The Enterprise reported.
James Bender, 48, a former senior vice president of trade finance for Sovereign Bank, was accused of conspiring to defraud several Latin American customers of Goss International Americas, a Durham, NH, manufacturer of commercial printing presses.
The U.S. attorney's office says Bender arranged for the bank to purchase loans extended to customers and formed shell companies to defraud businesses. The customers were sent fraudulent invoices charging them for loan underwriting services that weren't rendered.
Paul Wilson, a former Goss manager, pleaded guilty last year to three counts of wire fraud and was sentenced to a year in prison.
