Commercial Printing Industry News Briefs from Printing Impressions’ July 2013 edition, including Consolidated Graphics's acquistion of Universal Printing, Dellas Graphics and Canfield & Tack, RR Donnelley, White Wolf Web printing, Ingram Content Group and Courier Corp., Temple-Inland and Phoenix Lithographing, the commercial printing division of The Phoenix Group, merging with Innovation Printing & Communications and Innovation Marketing.

Phoenix Lithographing, the commercial printing division of The Phoenix Group, has merged with Innovation Printing & Communications and Innovation Marketing—both located in northeast Philadelphia. The merger brings together two companies with a combined 85 years of history. The expanded Phoenix Group anticipates approximately $100 million in annual sales.
