The 63,000-square-foot facility is expected to produce 37 million pounds of solvent ink for packaging annually and employs 38 people.
The Digital Packaging Summit 2015 will take place Nov. 9-11, at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Jonathan Graunke, vice president, Energy Curable Technology at INX International Ink, is scheduled to speak at the Print UV 2015 Conference, and will discuss the latest changes impacting chemical labeling. INX personnel also will be on hand to talk about the company’s energy curable products for UV offset, flexo and plastic, LED UV, H-UV, coil foil adhesive, UV coatings and Soft Touch Cast and Cure, in addition to low migration inks and coatings and special effects applications.
After breaking ground 15 months ago, INX International Ink has started to move into its new 63,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon, OH. The manufacturing site sits on 11 acres and will have approximately 38 employees producing several ink lines.
According to FASTSIGNS of San Francisco owner Jason Moline, switching to INX Digital’s Triangle ESC inks has resulted in a wider color gamut and life expectancy lasting two to three times longer than the inks it replaced.
For the seventh year in a row, INX International has received another Citation of Excellence award from Tension Corp., a company that uses employee ratings to evaluate the performance of direct, indirect and service suppliers in five categories. "We survey employees at each of our facilities and INX continues to impress us by operating at a very high level," said Lon Robinson, director of research and development for Tension Corp.
INX International Ink, a Gold sponsor of the SGIA Expo that convenes October 22-24, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will feature a Roland printer technology preview of RXV eco solvent wide-format inks, and ESC and MED inks. INX will also demonstrate its digital capability to produce specialized packaging with the CP100 digital cylindrical printer.
