With the acquisition of United Book Press, Ironmark created a separate book publishing division and expects to grow its annual revenue from $22 million to $35 million. UBP will remain at its 80,000-square-foot facility in Woodlawn, MD, operating under the name United Book Press, a division of Ironmark.

Consolidating its operations, Ironmark moved 110 employees, who previously worked in Annapolis, MD, and Hunt Valley, MD, to a brand-new 50,000-square-foot facility located at 9040 Junction Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD. The move comes three years after Frank Gumpert Printing and Corporate Printing Solutions merged to become CPS Gumpert, which was later was renamed Ironmark in September 2014.
