Folding carton manufacturer Walter G. Anderson Inc. expanded its fleet of KBA presses with the addition of a third KBA Rapida 145.
Flower City Printing is adding a new seven-color, 64″ KBA Rapida 164 press with coater and equipped with KBA’s unique automation.
Partnering with KBA North America for the first time, McLean Packaging in Moorestown, NJ, is installing a specially-configured eight-color, 41" KBA Rapida 106 conventional and UV ink press. This new addition will increase its product options and enhance efficiency for the company's premium packaging and display needs.
Dirk Winkler, KBA's German director of print technology, and Chris Travis, the director of technology in Dallas, will address attendees at the Print UV 2015 conference in Las Vegas. In addition to Winkler's seminar entitled "New UV Technology Impact on Sheetfed Press Manufacturers," both Winkler and Travis will sit on a micro coating panel to provide industry insight on new grit coatings applications.

MINNEAPOLIS—Imagine!
