OKI Data Americas announces a strategic alliance with Mark Andy to increase availability of short-run digital color label printing solutions in the United States. Mark Andy Companies announced it has named PJ Desai as its new CEO effective Jan. 1, 2012. Paul Brauss, its current CEO, has announced his retirement effective Dec.31, 2011. Desai spent several years of his career in various engineering and manufacturing positions in business units of the Monsanto Co.

With the Mark Andy P7 17˝, 10-color web press being installed in October, Publishers will soon be equipped to produce high-quality pressure-sensitive labels for the first time, adding a value-added service to its already extensive set of solutions for printing needs.
